The short version PairadoXX™ runs the team format, scoring and payouts. The host club runs the shoot and the range. Enter honestly with your correct NSCA class, follow the club's safety rules, and accept the event officials' final calls on scores and results. Your name, class and scores show on public leaderboards.

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Dynamic Competition Clays LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company that operates PairadoXX™ (“PairadoXX,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, pre-registering, or entering a PairadoXX event, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or enter.

2. What PairadoXX is

PairadoXX is a two-shooter team format played alongside a sporting clays shoot, with no extra targets. We provide the format, the rules, pre-registration, scoring, live leaderboards and payout calculations. The full rules are on the How to Play page and form part of these terms.

Each PairadoXX event is held at a host club. The host club runs the shoot itself, including the range, the course, squadding, scorekeeping for the main event, and its own rules. PairadoXX does not own or operate any shooting range.

3. Who can enter

  • You must be allowed to shoot at the host club's event under the club's own rules.
  • Shooters under 18 may enter only with the permission of a parent or guardian. By allowing a minor to enter, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for the minor's participation.
  • We or the host club may refuse or remove an entry for breaking these terms, the event rules or the club's rules.

4. Entering and entry fees

  • Each event sets its own entry fee, number of paid places and payout split, shown on that event's page or at the PairadoXX table.
  • Entry fees are paid at the event as instructed there. Online pre-registration holds your place but is not a payment.
  • You must give your true name and your correct, current NSCA class. Entering under the wrong class can lead to reclassification, loss of any payout, or removal from the event.
  • Enter someone else only with their permission.
  • You can cancel a pre-registration from the event page on the device you registered on, or by contacting us. Refunds of fees already paid follow the rules announced for that event.

5. Scores, classes and results

  • Team scores are based on the official scores from the host club's event, entered by event staff.
  • Leaderboards update live and may briefly lag, show provisional numbers, or contain entry errors. Results are official only when the event officials finalize them.
  • Ties are broken by the rules on the How to Play page.
  • We and the event officials may correct errors in scores, classes or results at any time, including after an event, and recalculate payouts to match.
  • The event officials' decisions on scores, classes, ties and results are final.

6. Payouts

  • Payouts come from the entry fees pooled at each event and follow that event's posted payout structure. Nothing is paid beyond what the event posts.
  • Depending on the event, payouts are made either by the host club or by PairadoXX. Each event will say which.
  • Give accurate contact and mailing details. We aren't responsible for payouts that are delayed or lost because of incorrect details you gave.
  • You're responsible for any taxes on your winnings.
  • Payouts follow the official results. If a correction changes the results after payment, we may ask for an overpayment back.

7. Safety and assumption of risk

Clay target shooting involves firearms and carries a risk of serious injury or death. You must follow the host club's safety and range rules and the instructions of range officers at all times.

PairadoXX provides a team format and scoring software. It does not control the range, firearms, ammunition, equipment, facilities or the conduct of other shooters. To the fullest extent the law allows, you voluntarily accept all risks of taking part in the shoot and release PairadoXX and Dynamic Competition Clays LLC from claims arising from the shoot itself. This doesn't affect any agreement you have with the host club.

8. Public results

By entering, you agree that your name, NSCA class, partner, scores, standing and payout amount may be shown on public leaderboards, rosters and TV displays, and posted on our Facebook page and other PairadoXX channels. Your email, phone number and NSCA number are never shown publicly. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

9. Club accounts

If you use a club account, you agree to:

  • Keep your username and password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used them.
  • Enter scores and entrant details accurately.
  • Use entrants' contact details only to run your PairadoXX events and pay winners.
  • Make sure your events, including entry fees and prize pools, comply with the laws and rules that apply to your club.

You're responsible for everything done under your club account.

10. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Submit false, duplicate or automated entries, or register anyone without permission.
  • Try to get into admin or club areas without authorization, or test, probe or overload the site.
  • Use bots or scrapers to collect information from the site.
  • Interfere with an event, its scoring or its displays.
